We rescued Jessie from the shelter in Oct. 2011. She is loyal & good with our cat. She is reactive to most, but not all dogs. She has a good nose and growing prey drive. She loves long, daily walks and car rides. She has trained well & is very food motivated. She is sensitive to loud noises & human emotions. She gets seperation anxiety, which we remedy by using a bark collar when she needs to be home alone. She will sleep on a dog bed (or human bed. She loves snuggles!) She will react to mailmen. Hi I'm Junior! I am a playful 18 month old Treeing Walker Coonhound and will do anything to please you. I have never met a person or a dog I do not like but since I sometimes forget my tail is connected to my backside sturdy playmates are recomended. The folks at the shelter told my rescue I passed my cat scan with flying colors and felines are not on my list of playtoys. Since I love to follow all of the wonderful smells this world has to offer a fenced backyard is a must or I will get into trouble. I love long walks in the evening and cuddling.
